Baltimore Considering Warning Labels for Sugary Drinks (FOX)

BALTIMORE (WBFF) - Baltimore could become the second jurisdiction in the country to require warning labels for sugar-sweetened beverages.
A "community conversation" about sugary drinks will be held on Tuesday evening. Baltimore City Health Commissioner Dr. Leana Wen is scheduled to attend, along with the President at Center for Global Policy Solutions, Dr. Maya Rockeymoore, former NFL player Aaron Maybin, health professionals and community leaders.
"The Sweet Truth: Sugary Drinks, Community Health, and Social Justice," is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at Southern Baptist Church on North Chester Street.
