The Medicare Open Enrollment period is from October 15 through December 7.  All Medicare recipients can change their Medicare health plan and prescription drug coverage for 2015. People with Medicare can call 1-800-MEDICARE or visit http://www.medicare.gov for plan information. Baltimore City residents can call Maryland Access Point at 410-396-2273 to schedule an appointment and get additional information.  Individuals can also find more information on the Medicare blog or the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services website.
